Our Meetings
Tuesday, May 10, 2022 ... 6:00 p.m.
The Douglas County Georgia Republican Women's Club has another amazing event planned. This month we will be hosting, not one, but two awesome candidates. The first, Kandiss Taylor, is running for Governor for our state. Come out and hear what Kandiss has to say and how she plans to defeat Brian Kemp. Her platform is "Jesus, Guns and Babies!" She is a dynamic speaker and I am sure you will enjoy hearing her. Please feel free to access her website at www.kandisstaylor.com for more information.
Our second speaker is Josh Clark. Josh is running to replace Warnock. Josh is a strong conservative who has served two terms in the Georgia House of Representatives. This will be our first time hosting Josh, so please take this opportunity to hear what he has to say as well. If you would like to study up on Josh prior to the meeting, you can locate his website at www.votejosh.com.
Please make note of the time change! This month we will start our meeting at 6:00 p.m. rather than 6:30. Kandiss has another event she will need to get to in Marietta. She will be there early during our "dessert/coffee" time to answer any questions you might have because she will need to leave immediately after her presentation upstairs. So, dessert and coffee will still be served in the Fellowship Hall which is located on the lower level of the church. The meeting will be held upstairs promptly at 6:30. If you would like to bring a dessert to share, that would be fantastic! There is a $5.00 admission fee. Space is limited so get there early. Location is Douglasville Baptist Temple. 3951 Simon Road, Douglasville, GA 30135

Save Douglas County Training!
Thursday, May 12th at 6:30 p.m. Sam and Roscoes in Douglasville
We have scheduled our long-awaited training program for our "Save Douglas County ... Ask me How" training camp. It will be held at Sam & Roscoes at 6:30 May 12th. Please let us know if you plan to attend. Additional shirts which were requested have been ordered and will be available at training. Please be prepared to come to discuss ideas on how we can open the conversation with our neighbors and fellow Douglas County citizens/voters. It is time we all get to work and do what we can to assist those who have stepped up to run for an office. The registration block below is not working properly right now so please text Lynne at 770-289-1905 if you plan to attend. Bring cash to eat as the restaurant requires one bill for a group of our size.
This is going to be a great night of fellowship and learning as we learn how to bridge the political divide in our community. Can't wait to see a huge group there!
